This policy explains how ArtWeb ("we") handles personal data of visitors to artweb.space.

• Your name, email, phone number or Telegram username when you submit a form.
• Your website URL and message, if provided.
• Technical data such as IP address, browser, pages viewed and referral source via Yandex Metrica and Google Analytics.

2. Why

• To reply to your inquiry, prepare a quote and communicate about your project.
• To understand how the site is used and improve it.

3. Legal basis

Your consent, given by ticking the box in the form, and our legitimate interest in running and improving the website.

4. Storage and retention

Inquiries are delivered to us via Telegram and email and kept only as long as needed to handle your request, and no longer than 3 years after our last contact. We never sell your data or share it with third parties other than the services that technically transmit it: Telegram, our email provider and Cloudflare hosting.

5. Cookies and analytics

We may use Yandex Metrica and Google Analytics, which set cookies to count visits. You can block cookies in your browser settings and the site will keep working.

6. Your rights

You can request access to, correction or deletion of your data, or withdraw consent, by emailing office@artweb.space. We respond within 10 business days.

7. Changes

We may update this policy. The current version is always published on this page.
